Grand Theft Auto V is Coming. Rejoice!

This is all you get.

Today Rockstar Games has officially announced the newest installment in its flagship car stealing, hooker-killing and hot coffee-brewing franchise, Grand Theft Auto V, and the debut trailer is coming on November 2.

Subtlety is the name of the game in this case. By subtly plastering a gigantic, impassable logo on their website, Rockstar has given their diehard fans a little nudge that something may be coming. How did we decode this cryptic message, you ask? Well, Press Play has a crack team of Grand Theft Auto specialists for just such an occasion. In another masterful use of subtlety, Rockstar has clarified that “V” does indeed stand for “Five,” in case you were thinking this new Grand Theft Auto game would be set in the universe of the “V” television series.

Past the name, the idea that money is involved based on the V’s coloring, and the date of the trailer, our specialists haven’t been able to garner much else. I can say that we are waiting with baited breath for the release of this trailer, and we’ll surely be meticulously breaking it down for days to come. Stay tuned!
